This function combines 3 processions together,

1. Turn photo to grayscale with varied RGB weights in 16bits linear space.
2. Decrease saturation based on the result of 1.
3. Tint photo in their highlight, mid-gray and shadow part separately.

By the combinations, this function becomes flexible to control the tone of a photo. It has no-limited variations.
